Grain Kit American Red Ale GUSTO

American Red Ale is a smooth amber top-fermented beer with a snow-white, long-lasting head. The moderate hop bitterness is elegantly complemented by a fruity and caramel sweetness. Notes of melon and spices can be detected in the flavour. The ale should have a deep copper-brown hue. Fermentation takes place at 20°C; it can be enjoyed young, but we recommend conditioning the beer to allow its full flavour and aroma to develop. Ingredients: Pale Ale Malt; Melanoidin Malt; Caramel 50 Malt; Cascade Hops; Dextrose; Deo-chlor; Brewing Yeast. The kit includes a step-by-step brewing guide with detailed descriptions of each stage, from mashing to tasting. Shelf life: 12 months, stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
