The „Indian Pale Ale" grain kit from GUSTO includes caramel malt in two different varieties. „Caramel 150" is a medium-roast malt with a sweet, nutty flavour. „Caramel 300" is the darkest malt in the range, responsible for the organoleptic properties of the beer. Indian Pale Ale is a light-coloured beer style with a pronounced bitterness due to its high hop content. The dark, heavily roasted caramel malt gives the drink a matte brown colour with a distinctive aroma of toffee and chocolate.
