You will need: - 1 L of 40% alcohol - This spice kit - 500 ml of cream with 10% fat or higher - 2 egg yolks - 10 g of vanilla sugar - 10 g of instant coffee - 400 g of condensed milk. Add all the ingredients from the kit into a container and pour in the alcohol. Leave to infuse for 2 weeks, shaking occasionally. Then filter the mixture. Separately, beat the egg yolks and cream with a mixer. Add the condensed milk, vanilla sugar and instant coffee and stir. Add the resulting dairy mixture to the liqueur and stir. Leave to rest for 2-3 days. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
