Rosehip Liqueur Spice Kit (3 L)

Composition: rosehip berries, orange zest, cinnamon, cloves. Packaging: kraft bag. Weight: 120 g. The drink is perfectly balanced, with a delicate aroma and subtle notes of cinnamon, orange and cloves. This liqueur is not only delicious but also has therapeutic properties. You will need: 1 L of 70% alcohol, the spice kit, 500 ml of floral honey (or 600 g of sugar), 1.4 L of water. Preparation: Crush the rosehips – you can do this directly in the bag. Pour the alcohol over the contents of the kit. The recommended infusion time is 1 month. Afterwards, drain the alcohol, press the berries and filter the tincture thoroughly. Prepare a sweet syrup using fragrant floral honey or sugar and water. Add the syrup to taste. The final alcohol content of the liqueur is approximately 30%.
