Blue Curaçao Style Liqueur Spice Kit (3 L)

Composition: Orange peel, Bitter orange peel, Cloves, Anchan. Packaging: Kraft bag. Weight: 168 g. Blue Curaçao is a Caribbean liqueur made from wine spirit with dried orange peel, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon – primarily used in cocktails. The characteristic blue color of this originally clear liqueur comes from Anchan tea flowers. Instructions: Mix 600 ml of 45-50% alcohol with 600 ml of gin and add the citrus peel from the kit. Steep for 20 days. Add the cloves from the kit and steep for an additional day. Filter the infusion. Add 1140 g of sugar as a syrup (dissolved in 900 ml of water). Add the Anchan flowers from the kit and steep until the desired color is achieved, then strain. It is recommended to store the liqueur in opaque containers or in a dark place.
