Navarro Liqueur Spice Kit (3 L)

It is typically enjoyed at the end of a hearty meal, always served cold, with the temperature not exceeding 8 degrees. Sloe liqueur pairs wonderfully with citrus or tropical juices, as well as with a splash of sherry. Preparation: Crush the ingredients from bag No. 1 in a mortar and pour 3 L of 40% alcohol over them. Steep for 7 days and filter. Add the ingredients from bag No. 2. Remove the stones from the sloe berries beforehand. Steep for 1 month. After steeping, decant from the sediment and berries, and add a sugar syrup made from 300 g of sugar. After adding the sugar, allow to rest for another month.
