Absinthe Tincture Spice Kit (2.5 l)

Composition - Bitter wormwood, hyssop, liquorice, fennel, mint, lemon balm, coriander. Weight - 170 g. Homemade absinthe is far superior in quality and more pleasant to drink than its commercial counterpart. Moreover, it is probably the only way to taste the very drink once enjoyed by Van Gogh, Picasso, or Maupassant. We select our ingredients with exceptional care, especially the wormwood, ensuring that your absinthe contains the right amount of thujone and other essential oils that have long been absent from "industrial" absinthe. Absinthe Tincture Recipe: Pour the contents of the large packet over double-distilled alcohol or moonshine at 70% strength, in a volume of 2 litres. Leave to infuse in a dark place for 15 days, shaking periodically. Add 3600 ml of water and distil together with the herbs until you obtain 1800 ml of distillate. Add the herbs from the remaining packet to the distillate, leave to infuse for 3 days, then filter. Bring to 70% or dilute to your preference. Allow to rest for 7-14 days.
