You will need: - 0.5 L of alcohol at 50% strength - 0.5 L of alcohol at 40% strength - Gin-Style Infusion Spice Kit | Preparation: Pour the contents of the bag into 0.5 L of alcohol at 50% strength. Allow to infuse for one week, shaking well once a day. Add 0.5 L of alcohol at 40% strength. Filter the infusion through cheesecloth. If desired, add 1 teaspoon of sugar to soften the taste, preferably in syrup form. Let the drink rest for 5-7 days.
