Aquavit Infusion Spice Set (3 l)

Composition - Fennel, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, lemon zest, orange zest, caraway, anise, dill. Weight - 88 g. Aquavit is a strong Scandinavian spirit containing a wide variety of herbs and spices. It has a unique taste and aroma. It has a beneficial effect on the body in cases of digestive disorders and colds. Aquavit infusion recipe: The Scandinavian spirit is prepared as follows: First, toast all the spices in a dry, hot pan for 3 minutes (make sure they don't burn). Transfer the toasted spices into a 3 l glass jar and cover with a 40% ABV distillate. Shake the contents well and leave the jar in a dark place for 2 weeks, shaking it several times a day. After 2 weeks, taste the drink and, if it seems not rich or strong enough, leave it for a few more days. Filter the finished Aquavit and serve chilled before meals, especially alongside fatty dishes.
