Zubrowka Infusion Spice Kit (3 L)

Composition - Zubrowka grass, linden blossom, thyme. Weight - 8 g. A bitter liqueur infusion based on aromatic grass from the Białowieża Forest. Contains coumarin, which gives the drink its characteristic scent of freshly cut hay and an astringent taste, stimulating appetite and aiding digestion. Zubrowka recipe: Pour the package ingredients into 3 liters of 40% alcohol base (vodka, moonshine, or diluted spirit). Prepare a simple sugar syrup from sugar (3 teaspoons), let it cool, and add it to the jar before infusing. Shaking occasionally, infuse in a dark, cool place for 10-14 days. Filter and let it rest for 5-10 days.
