Borodinsky Infusion Spice Kit

Composition: Borodinsky bread croutons, caraway, coriander, fennel. Packaging: kraft bag. Weight: 116 g. This drink takes its name from the famous aromatic Borodinsky bread, which is traditionally made with plenty of coriander. In addition to the spices, the infusion must also include dark croutons made from this bread. The drink pairs perfectly with pork dishes, poultry, goulash, salads – in short, with anything spiced, tasty and appetizing. Recipe: Place the croutons and spices from the packet into a container and pour in 3 litres of 40-45% alcohol. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar or light honey (buckwheat honey is recommended). Stir and store in a dark, cool place for 5-7 days. Shake the infusion daily. After steeping, carefully filter without squeezing the ingredients. Let it rest for 3-4 days. Decant from the sediment and filter through cotton wool. The shelf life of the finished drink is 3-4 months.
