Tarragon (Tarhun) Infusion Spice Kit (3L)

Composition - Cinnamon, cloves, lemon zest, allspice, tarragon, coriander. Weight - 36g. A classic bitter spirit, a strong, "masculine" drink that is sweetened little or not at all, and is drunk in full shots as an aperitif alongside hearty snacks. It pairs wonderfully with Georgian cuisine. Tarragon infusion recipe: You will need: 3 liters of moonshine (or diluted alcohol) with a strength of 45-50%. Hot Rod Distiller spice kit for Tarhun infusion. Place all ingredients in a suitable container and pour in the moonshine at 45-50% strength. Store in a dark, warm place. The infusion period lasts 10-14 days. Afterwards, the infusion should be filtered through a cotton pad and tasted. If the flavor is too harsh – add a little sugar – just to soften it, the drink should not be sweet!
