Blueberry Vodka Spice Kit (6L)

Composition - Dried blueberries, blueberry leaves, iris root, angelica root, ginger. Packaging - Kraft bag. Weight - 140 g. A vodka with natural blueberry notes. Blueberries have long been considered one of the most beloved treats among the peoples of northern Europe. Pour the spices from the kit into a container and add 3.6 L of 40% alcohol. Steep for 7 days in a warm, dark place. Filter and dilute the infusion to 30% strength. Distill the infusion to 45-50% strength in the stream. Dilute the resulting product with water to 40% strength. To soften the taste, add a tablespoon of sugar (preferably as a syrup). After 2-3 days of resting, the drink will be ready. When using a gin basket, take 10 liters of 30% alcohol. Collect the first 100 g of heads separately. Collect the heart until the stream reaches 50% strength. Dilute the resulting product to 40% and let it rest for 5-7 days. The estimated yield of the final drink is approximately 6 L.
