Cranberry Vodka Spice Kit (6L)

Composition - Dried cranberries, dried apple, cinnamon, angelica root. Packaging - Kraft bag. Weight - 140 g. A vodka with delicate aromatic notes of cranberry. Preparation: Add the spices from the kit into a container and pour 3.6 L of 40% alcohol. Infuse for 7 days in a warm, dark place. Filter and dilute the infusion to 30% strength. Distill the infusion to 45-50% strength in the stream. Dilute the resulting product with water to 40% strength. To soften the taste, add a tablespoon of sugar (preferably in syrup form). After 2-3 days of resting, the drink will be ready. When using a gin basket, take 10 liters of 30% alcohol. Collect the first 100 g of foreshots separately. Collect the hearts until 50% strength in the stream. Dilute the resulting product to 40% and let it rest for 5-7 days. The estimated quantity of the final product is approximately 6 L.
