Raspberry Vodka Spice Kit (6L)

Composition - Dried raspberries, raspberry leaves, raspberry root, iris root, ginger. Packaging - Kraft bag. Weight - 140 g. A vodka with notes of ripe raspberry, a naturally sweet undertone and a fruity finish. Pour the spices into a container and add 3.6 L of 40% alcohol. Steep for 7 days in a warm, dark place. Filter and dilute the infusion to 30% strength. Distill the infusion to 45-50% ABV in the stream. Dilute the resulting product with water to 40% ABV. To soften the taste, add a tablespoon of sugar (preferably in syrup form). After 2-3 days of resting, the drink will be ready. When using a gin basket, take 10 litres of 30% alcohol. Collect the first 100 g of heads separately. Collect the hearts until the stream reaches 50% ABV. Dilute the resulting product to 40% and let it rest for 5-7 days. Estimated yield of the final drink - approximately 6 L.
