Gdansk Mint Vodka Spice Kit (6 L)

Composition: Mint, Horseradish, Cloves, Cinnamon, Wormwood, Lemon zest, Orange zest. Packaging: Kraft bag. Weight: 149 g. A vodka recipe based on peppermint, featuring a wonderful aroma and a refreshing taste, complemented by a carefully selected blend of spices. The crafted ingredient composition noticeably enhances the flavor, softening it and making it more pleasant in scent. Preparation: Pour the spices from the kit into a container and add 3.6 L of 40% alcohol. Infuse for 10 days in a warm, dark place. Filter and dilute the infusion to 30%. Distill the infusion to 45-50% in the stream. Dilute the resulting product with water to 40%. To soften the taste, add a tablespoon of sugar (preferably in syrup form). After 2-3 days of resting, the drink will be ready. When using a gin basket, take 10 liters of 30% alcohol. Collect the first 100 g of foreshots separately. Collect the hearts until 50% in the stream. Dilute the resulting product to 40% and let it rest for 5-7 days. The estimated yield of the final product is approximately 6 L.
