Ouzo Vodka Spice Kit (6L)

Composition - Anise, Star Anise, Fennel, Cloves, Cardamom. Packaging - Kraft bag. Weight - 235 g. This strong spirit, generously flavored with anise and other spices, is considered one of Greece's national drinks. Ouzo appeals not only through its rich and unique taste, but also through its distinctive serving style – the drink is usually consumed not neat, but diluted with cold water and/or ice. Preparation method: Add the spices from the kit into a container and pour 2 L of alcohol (strength no less than 70%). Let it infuse for 2 days in a warm, dark place. Dilute the tincture to 25-30% strength. Perform a slow distillation of the tincture. Separate 2% heads. Collect the heart until 47% in the stream. Dilute the finished drink to 45% strength. Add 400 g of sugar syrup. After 2-3 days of resting, the drink will be ready. When using a gin basket, take 10 liters of 30% alcohol. Separately remove the first 100 g of heads. Collect the heart until 50% strength in the stream. Dilute the resulting product to 40% and let it rest for 5-7 days. The estimated yield of the final drink is approximately 6 L.
