GUSTO PEPPER TINCTURE

"Ah, how good!" – that's what everyone will say after a sip of this "elixir". The aromatic spice blend "Pepper" perfectly stimulates the appetite and sets a great mood. If a celebration is coming up, this tincture must be on your table. The spiciness of the drink will make your festive dinner special, enhancing the flavors of your dishes. Preparation: Pour the aromatic spice blend over vodka or moonshine with 40% alcohol content. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake the infusion from time to time. Depending on the amount of liquid, the taste of the tincture will vary from rich (1 liter) to mild (2 liters). Filter it in any way you prefer. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Let the drink "rest" for 2–3 days. Ingredients: Red chili pepper, Black peppercorns, Cinnamon sticks. Shelf life 12 months, stored in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Usage restrictions: Individual intolerance to the components of the blend.
