GUSTO JUNIPER GIN TINCTURE

The gin has a pleasant, invigorating, slightly astringent taste with notes of juniper and citrus. The finish is dry, with citrus undertones. The gin has a rich, strong aroma with herbal and floral nuances. The drink is recommended to be served neat, with ice, mint, lemon, rosemary or blueberries, as well as with tonic water. Preparation: Pour the spice and aroma blend into vodka or moonshine with an alcohol content of 40%. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake the infusion from time to time. Depending on the amount of liquid, the taste of the tincture will vary from rich (1 litre) to light (3 litres). Filter using any method of your choice. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Let the drink "rest" for 2–3 days. Ingredients: juniper berries, lemon zest, orange zest, coriander, caraway seeds. Shelf life: 12 months in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Usage restrictions: individual intolerance to the components of the mixture.
