GUSTO ZUBROVKA TINCTURE

Zubrovka has a spicy and slightly bitter taste, with many even comparing it to absinthe. The distinctive feature of this drink is its pronounced fresh-cut hay aroma. During the Soviet era, "Zubrovka" won the hearts of many people not only for its taste but also for its beneficial properties: anti-inflammatory action in lung diseases, normalization of digestive processes, improvement of CNS function and hormonal balance. Preparation: Pour the spice-aromatic blend over vodka or moonshine at 40% strength. Leave the resulting drink in a dark place for 14 days. Shake the infusion from time to time. Depending on the amount of liquid, the taste will vary from rich (1 liter) to mild (2 liters). Filter using any method you prefer. Add 15–20 g of sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Let the drink "rest" for 2–3 days. Composition: Zubrovka. Shelf life 12 months in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Usage restrictions: Individual intolerance to the components of the mixture.
