Concentrate "Scotch Whisky" Barley Malt, 5 kg Natural

The „Scotch Whisky" barley malt concentrate is made from a single type of malt and features a rich color and a long-lasting finish. Using this concentrate, you can produce a drink just as refined as one made from traditional raw materials, as the dehydration process takes place in vacuum evaporators at low temperature with no loss of quality. Preparation method no. 1 „pure", yield +/- 4 litres: dissolve the contents of the container in 19 l of warm water; add whisky yeast; wait for fermentation to complete. Preparation method no. 2 „with sugar", yield +/- 8.5 litres: dissolve the contents of the container in 25 l of water at 28°C; add 4.5 kg of sugar and dextrose (!!!sugar will increase the yield but will alter the flavour!!!); wait for fermentation to complete. Recommendations: perform a double distillation according to your still's instructions; it is recommended to dilute the product to 50%; transfer to an oak barrel and age for 3 months or use oak chips for a minimum of 3 weeks; bottle and allow to rest for 21 days.
