Viking Pilsner Malt 1kg is easily mashed using the infusion method in beer brewing. It features a distinctly sweet aroma and sufficient enzymatic activity to serve as a base malt in the mash. Usage: All beer styles. Up to 100% of the mix. This malt is also suitable for producing grain distillates, being particularly well-suited for whisky production, both as a base malt and blended with other types of malt and unmalted raw materials. By combining various ingredients, you can produce whisky of any style, ranging from light floral aromas to peaty and smoky notes, depending on which malts you choose to blend with this base malt.
