Compared to Chocolat and Black malts, roasted barley produces the lightest foam, a rich reddish-brown color, and a very strong roasted aroma. It adds dryness to porters and stouts. Usage: Dark beer, black beer, stouts, porters. Usage rate: up to 10%.
