Viking Vienna Malt 1kg is an unroasted Vienna malt designed for brewing light-colored beers. It features excellent enzymatic activity and color characteristics, making it ideal for blending with specialty malts. It can be used both in blending and as a base for beer production. It imparts a slightly more intense malt and grain aroma than Pilsen malt, along with light caramel notes. It gives beer a richer golden color, greater body, and depth of flavor. It has sufficient enzymatic power to combine well with a wide range of specialty malts. Suitable for all beer styles, including Vienna lager. Enhances the color and aroma of light beers. Can be used up to 100% of the grain bill. This malt is also excellent for producing spirits, particularly whisky. It can be used for both single malt and blended whisky, in combination with other malts or unmalted raw materials.
