FRENCH OAK CHIPS MEDIUM+ TOAST USAGE TIPS: Creates a rounded taste, mimicking barrel aging. Changes the color of the drink from light golden to dark amber. Made from high-quality oak dried for at least 24 months in the open air, then chipped and toasted. Our oak chips provide fast aging results. DOSAGE: 2 g/l for a light flavor; 4 g/l for a noticeable flavor; 6 g/l for a rich flavor; 10 g/l for an intense flavor. Infusion time: from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the desired result. M+ – enhanced medium toast level. Imparts a vanilla flavor with hints of coconut, spices, apricot, peach and floral notes.
