Marsala Barrel Oak Staves (100 g)

This limited series of staves was crafted from original freshly emptied Italian barrels used for aging Marsala wine, purchased at auction. USAGE TIPS: Marsala oak staves are perfect for imparting a barrel-aged flavor when a charred oak barrel is not available. The oak staves will add a sweet, complex taste with hints of spice and a deep red color to any unaged spirit. DOSAGE: 8–10 g per 1 liter of finished product. Aging time: 3–6 months. The package is designed for aging 10 liters of finished product.
