All autoclaves are welded using the TIG method in an argon gas environment. Even black steel autoclaves are welded using this method, ensuring the quality and reliability of all welds. Each autoclave undergoes double high-pressure testing, eliminating the possibility of defective units being shipped. IMPORTANT! Absolutely all autoclaves are pressure tested. The first test is carried out immediately after welding is completed, at a pressure of 3 atm, to verify the quality and integrity of all welds. The second test takes place at the final stage of production, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, pressure is applied up to 6 atm. This test ensures the proper functioning of components and the quality of their sealing. The unit remains under this pressure for at least 24 hours. Furthermore, it is important to know that all units are equipped with a quality safety relief valve rated at 6 atm, guaranteeing absolute safety and convenience when using the home autoclave.
