Each autoclave undergoes double high-pressure testing, eliminating the possibility of defective products being shipped. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Absolutely all our autoclaves are tested under pressure. The first check is carried out immediately after the completion of welding work, at a pressure of 3 atm, to confirm the quality and tightness of all welds. The second check takes place at the final stage of production, before shipment. After all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, pressure is applied up to 6 atm, to confirm the functionality of the components and the quality of their sealing and tightening.
