The first test takes place immediately after welding is completed, at a pressure of 3 atm, to verify the quality and integrity of all welds. The second test occurs at the final stage of production, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, pressure is applied up to 6 atm. This test confirms the functionality of the components and the quality of their sealing. The unit remains under this pressure for no less than 24 hours. Furthermore, all our devices are equipped with a high-quality safety relief valve rated at 6 atm, ensuring absolute safety and convenience when using the home autoclave.
