All our autoclaves are welded using the TIG method in an argon gas environment. Even black steel autoclaves are welded using this method, ensuring the quality and reliability of all welds. Every autoclave undergoes double testing under high pressure, eliminating the possibility of defective units being shipped. IMPORTANT! Absolutely all our autoclaves are tested under pressure. The first test is carried out immediately after the welding process is completed, at a pressure of 3 atm, allowing verification of the quality and integrity of all welds. The second test takes place at the final stage of production, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, pressure is applied up to 6 atm. This test confirms the functionality of the components and the quality of their sealing. The unit remains under this pressure for no less than 24 hours.
