All our autoclaves are welded using the TIG method in an argon gas environment. Even carbon steel autoclaves are welded using this method. This guarantees the quality and reliability of all welds. Each autoclave undergoes double high-pressure testing, eliminating the possibility of defective units being shipped. IMPORTANT TO KNOW! Absolutely all autoclaves we produce are tested under pressure. The first test takes place immediately after the welding process is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and integrity of all welds. The second test occurs at the final stage of production, just before shipping. After all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, pressure is applied up to 6 atm. This test confirms the functionality of the components and the quality of their sealing and gaskets. The unit remains under this pressure for no less than 24 hours.
