All our autoclaves are welded using the TIG method in an argon gas environment. Even autoclaves made of black steel are welded using this method, which guarantees the quality and reliability of all weld seams. Each autoclave undergoes double high-pressure testing, eliminating the possibility of defective units being shipped. IMPORTANT TO KNOW! Absolutely all of our autoclaves undergo pressure testing. The first test takes place immediately after the welding process is completed, with the autoclave being tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all weld seams. The second test occurs at the final stage of production, just before shipment. After all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, pressure is applied up to 6 atm. This test confirms the functionality of the components and the quality of their sealing and insulation. The device remains under this pressure for no less than 24 hours. Furthermore, it is important to know that all our units are equipped with a quality safety relief valve rated at 6 atm, guaranteeing absolute safety and convenience when using the home autoclave.
