Each autoclave undergoes double high-pressure testing, eliminating the possibility of defective units being shipped. IMPORTANT TO KNOW! Absolutely all autoclaves are pressure tested. The first test takes place immediately after the welding work is completed, at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and integrity of all weld seams. The second test occurs at the final stage of production, just before shipment. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, pressure is applied up to 6 atm. This test confirms the functionality of the components and the quality of their sealing. The device remains under this pressure for no less than 24 hours. Furthermore, it is important to know that all units are equipped with a high-quality safety valve rated at 6 atm, guaranteeing absolute safety and convenience when using the home autoclave.
