FRENCH OAK CUBES HEAVY TOAST USAGE TIPS: The cubes are oak pieces with a 15 mm side, processed using classic technology. They are used during the aging of beverages, giving them a noble character. Thanks to their large surface area, the cubes provide aeration, softening the taste and enriching the drink with oxygen. They effectively transfer oak aroma and flavor. DOSAGE: 2 g/L for a light taste; 4 g/L for a noticeable taste; 6 g/L for a rich taste; 10 g/L for an intense taste. Steeping time: from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the desired result. H – heavy toast. This level of toasting gives beverages aromas of smoke, black pepper, almonds and spices.
