FRENCH OAK CUBES - Light toast USAGE TIPS: The cubes are oak pieces with a 15 mm side, processed using classic technology. They are used during the aging of beverages, giving them a noble character. Thanks to their large surface area, the cubes ensure aeration, softening the taste and enriching the drink with oxygen. They effectively impart oak aroma and flavor. DOSAGE: 2 g/l for a light taste; 4 g/l for a noticeable taste; 6 g/l for a rich taste; 10 g/l for an intense taste. Maceration time: from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the desired result. L – light toast level. Adds delicate vanilla, coconut and subtle oak aromas to the beverage.
