FRENCH OAK CUBES MEDIUM PLUS TOAST USAGE TIPS: The cubes are oak pieces with a 15 mm side, processed using classic technology. They are used during beverage aging, imparting a noble character. Thanks to their large surface area, the cubes provide aeration, softening the taste and enriching the beverage with oxygen. They effectively transfer oak aroma and flavor. DOSAGE: 2 g/l for a light taste; 4 g/l for a noticeable taste; 6 g/l for a rich taste; 10 g/l for an intense taste. Maceration time: from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the desired result. M+ – enhanced medium toast level. Imparts a vanilla flavor with hints of coconut, spices, apricot, peach and floral tones.
