FRENCH OAK CUBES MEDIUM TOAST USAGE TIPS: The cubes are oak pieces with a 15 mm side, processed using classic technology. They are used during beverage aging, imparting a noble character. Thanks to their large surface area, the cubes provide aeration, softening the taste and enriching the drink with oxygen. They effectively transfer oak aroma and flavor. DOSAGE: 2 g/L for a light taste; 4 g/L for a noticeable taste; 6 g/L for a rich taste; 10 g/L for an intense taste. Infusion time: from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the desired result. M – medium toast level. Expressively reproduces notes of vanilla, dried fruits, spices, cocoa and almonds.
