Mulberry is one of the most aromatic wood species used in the cooperage industry. It is used for premium barrels from France and Hungary. The wood imparts an intense golden-yellow color and a distinctive character with subtle sweet aromas. Mulberry is ideal for aging all types of distillates. It is especially suited for the maturation and finishing of plum and apricot distillates. Dosage: between 5 and 10 grams per 1 liter, for a period of 15 to 30 days.
