Ash Wood Cubes (100 g)

Ash wood cubes (Fraxinus excelsior) for the maturation of grain distillates and fruit brandies. This wood provides balanced maturation of distillates without imparting color, thanks to controlled micro-oxidation. Ash wood releases a minimal amount of tannins. The distillate matures in its original state and becomes pleasantly smooth. The cubes are more effective due to their larger size and lower contact surface area, closely replicating the flavor profile of a barrel. Dosage: 5 to 10 grams per 1 liter of final product for 15 - 30 days.
