FRENCH OAK STAVE GRADIENT L USAGE TIPS: Gradient staves are rectangular pieces of oak, toasted using the gradient method. They quickly enrich the beverage with oak notes, enhance fruity expression, add roundness and reduce grassiness. The stave also stabilizes the color of the drink, giving it a noble character. DOSAGE: 2 g/l for a light taste; 4 g/l for a noticeable taste; 6 g/l for a rich taste; 10 g/l for an intense taste. Maceration time: from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the desired result. L – light toast level. Adds delicate vanilla, coconut and subtle oak aromas to the beverage.
