FRENCH OAK STAVE GRADIENT M+ USAGE TIPS: Gradient staves are rectangular pieces of oak, toasted using the gradient method. They quickly enrich the beverage with oak notes, accentuate fruit expression, add roundness and reduce grassiness. The stave also stabilizes the color of the drink, lending it a noble character. DOSAGE: 2 g/l for a light flavor; 4 g/l for a noticeable flavor; 6 g/l for a rich flavor; 10 g/l for an intense flavor. Infusion time: from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the desired result. M+ – enhanced medium toast level. Imparts a vanilla flavor with hints of coconut, spices, apricot, peach and floral tones.
