FRENCH OAK STAVES GRADIENT M USAGE TIPS: Gradient staves are rectangular pieces of oak, toasted using the gradient method. They quickly enrich the beverage with oak notes, accentuate fruity expression, add roundness and reduce grassiness. The staves also stabilize the color of the drink, giving it nobility and elegance. DOSAGE: 2 g/L for a light taste; 4 g/L for a noticeable taste; 6 g/L for a rich taste; 10 g/L for an intense taste. Maceration time: from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the desired result. M – medium toast level. Expressively reproduces notes of vanilla, dried fruits, spices, cocoa and almonds.
