How to use: Add 5-7 kg of sugar to 25 liters of water at 35˚C. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Wait until the water temperature reaches 23-25°C. Mix the contents of this packet. Leave to ferment at 20-30˚C. Optimal temperature is 25˚C. 5 or 6 kg of sugar - fermentation occurs within 24 hours. 7 kg of sugar - fermentation occurs within 2-3 days. Shelf life: 2 years.
