Excellent organoleptic profile. The wash clears on its own. No foam formation during distillation. Made in Ukraine. Instructions: Dissolve 25 kg of sugar in 40 liters of water at 35˚C. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Top up with water to 100 L. Add the contents of this packet. Leave to ferment at 20-30˚C. Optimal temperature is 25˚C. Fermentation takes 4-6 days.
