Antiseptic for Mash Hot Rod Mash Defender P (for 100 l)

Hot Rod Mash Defender P is an antiseptic designed to protect wort and mash from bacterial contamination prior to yeast pitching. It ensures clean fermentation, reduces the risk of souring, off-odors, and loss of yield. The active components degrade at temperatures above 60°C, without affecting subsequent process stages. Suitable for: sugar washes, grain mashes and worts, fruit worts (juices, purees), prevention under high contamination risk, rapid process stabilization when bacterial contamination is suspected. How it works: the product suppresses unwanted bacterial microflora at the start of fermentation, creating favorable conditions for yeast activity and a stable process. Dosage: 1 sachet (10 g) per 100 l of wort or mash. Instructions for use: Dissolve the contents of the sachet (10 g) in approximately 100 ml of drinking water (10 times the volume). Water temperature should not exceed 40°C. Add the solution to the wort or mash before pitching the yeast and mix thoroughly. Then add the yeast according to your standard procedure.
