Turbo Yeast Pervak for 50 L (174 g)

Instructions for use: 1. Add 40 L of room temperature water to a 50 L container. Add 9 kg of sugar. 2. Add packet No. 2 (nutrient medium components). Stir vigorously until completely dissolved. 3. Dissolve packet No. 1 (special alcohol yeast) in 2-3 litres of the prepared sugar syrup. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, then pour into the container. 4. Stir and place in a warm location (25 – 30 °C). Fermentation will last 3 - 3.5 days. If you use 9 kg of sugar – you will get 9 litres of strong homemade spirit. If you use 6 kg of sugar – use 30 litres of water and you will get 6 litres of spirit.
