Hot Rod Thermo Alpha Alpha-Amylase Enzyme for 1000 kg grain (100 ml) Hot Rod Thermo Alpha is a highly concentrated, thermostable endo-Alpha-Amylase, a key enzyme in the saccharification of grain mashes. It breaks down starch in grains into simpler sugars, ensuring efficient fermentation and increased ethanol yield. Advantages: Reduced wort viscosity – facilitates processing and improves process quality. Operational flexibility – effective across a wide range of pH and temperatures. High concentration – requires lower dosage. Compatibility – works well alongside other enzymes. Technical data: Optimal pH: 5.0–6.0 (working range 4.5–7.5). Optimal temperature: 85–90°C (working range 60–105°C). Dosage recommendations: Per 1 kg of grain: 0.1 ml (2–3 drops). Per 1 tonne of grain: 0.1 l. Storage conditions: Store in a dry, cool place. At 4–8°C, the enzyme retains activity for up to 12 months. At 25°C, up to 90% activity is retained.
