Traditional hops with a mild, sweet flavor and light bitterness. Adds floral and citrus notes to beer. This variety is widely used for crafting English and Belgian beer styles, made from natural hop cones. The high alpha acid content (5.3%) will give the beer a distinctive bitterness. It is also suitable for dry hopping. Characteristics: Alpha acid — 5.3 | Beta acid — 4.5. The hops are sold in vacuum-sealed metal packaging, which helps preserve the aroma for longer and extends the shelf life.
