Preparing the wash: - Pour 21.5 L of spring water or clean water left to settle overnight at room temperature into a 30 L container. Add 6 kg of sugar and stir vigorously until completely dissolved. 2. Starting fermentation: - Add the turbo yeast packet. - Stir vigorously until all components are completely dissolved. - Place in a warm location at a temperature between 25 and 35°C. - Fermentation lasts 3 days provided all instructions are followed.
